Refund policy

At TR Apparels, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind
* Normal wear and tear
* Items damaged after delivery

Once your return is approved and received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
